Day 141 – The Silence of Tests

Day 141 – The Silence of Tests.
“When you’re going through a tough ‘exam,’ the Teacher is always quiet during the test…”
In western society’s human attempt at being the most free, liberal, expressionist, ‘anything-goes,’ ‘live-for-yourself,’ ‘do-you…’
The saying “you don’t know what you got till it’s gone” is sadly and gladly one of the more memorable ways that we learn sincere gratitude. It’s not through fun times that we’re taught integrity and wellness. It’s through loss that we’re able to recognise how full we are.
Perseverance – “persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success”…
Only by going through testing times of impatience and admitting our folly within, can we learn the skill of patience.
Survival is limited to ‘self’ preservation. Its deception lies in that it can produce good intentions that present a superficial morality. It also deceives with parental instincts which reveal an automatic-morality. But its nature is truly selfish in every single way. Only a severe trial of anguish can remove the mask of survival, revealing its ugly visage of naked shopping aisles and fear-inspired messages.
One thing I’ve learned about new starts is they’re possible every morning.
