Day 397 – “Free your mind…

I’ve been thinking about ‘true freedom’ recently and what allows someone to truly think and feel free. Three words have emerged. Forgiveness, Lowliness, and Gratitude. Forgiveness as an ongoing active perception over all events, past, present, and future. Lowliness as a present-day disposition and lifestyle. And finally, gratitude as a perspective over one’s past.
