Any activity founded in attempting to prove and/or measure our value against a broken, imperfect world can’t truly be healthy, especially when our very existence on Earth is all the worth we’ll ever need.
Humiliation is a valley moment, but if we’re walking with the Holy Spirit, it’s a necessary painful process with a purpose.

Born into the lowest social position. He was conceived in a stinking stable where animals live. Within Jewish tradition and in social standing, this would be one of the lowest places a person could be born.
