Ever since returning to London, I’ve loved Mondays…
The transformation of my mind over the years has translated the concept of ‘Monday’ as “a new start…an innovative opportunity…a fresh beginning…”
The goal is always the same – advance spiritually, mentally, and physically…somehow…
The physical is the easier part: heathy food, plenty of water, cardio training, and resistance exercise.
Mentally, the focus is on cultivating a ‘sound mind,’ which aligns to the deeper spiritual operation: Surrender before the Creator of Heaven and Earth in all I say and do…not so easy…not easy at all…
