Surrendering to God means taking on a resistance to both nature and nurture.
The only wise reason for revisiting our past is to be healed and helped in living a healthy, holistic, full present.
Human ambition consists of seeking higher positions, greater titles, more money, enhanced power, further control, and ‘bragging rights.’

As a child, one could trust a book or newspaper. It was revered as the authority on whatever subject it presented because we didn’t know any better.
