While they all have their phenomenal and thoroughly enjoyable merits, not a single ‘ology’ can account for the deeper questions or longings of the human condition.
It’s interesting that unmet desires are one of the fundamental areas for inner-contention in our lives.
Forgiveness of all the people who’ve done terrible things to us and all the situations that have harmed us is the only way to a totally free, clear, and clean mind.
Daily faith means the most intimate, trusting relationship possible…
In April 2017, I wrote this poem for an arts’ project / event that we held at my church. The poem was written during a time when I was taken to a deeper level of understanding of what sacrifice and obedience mean.
As someone who suffered severe struggles with sleep, I’ve been so grateful that my body has been returned to a standard where I can distinctly feel the luxury of eight hours rest without interruption.
Day 23 – “Got to spend more time with one another…” This message has been coming at me from all angles; family, friends, even dreams… We say it so often: “we’re busy.” But, are we really busy or under a deception of busyness from our phones and WiFi?
