Day 71 – Christmas Calorie Counting…
Talking to a close friend who is a personal trainer, he was rhetorically questioning the reasoning on why people don’t listen to the simple facts about weight management.
Increase your calorie count – you gain weight.
Decrease your calorie count – you lose weight.
It’s not a question of special diets or even the exercise, though cardio does assist.
All the special diets do is allow one to cut out mass amounts of calories.
It’s all about the calorie count reduction…
