Day 217 – Significance of sleep…
As someone who suffered severe struggles with sleep, I’ve been so grateful that my body has been returned to a standard where I can distinctly feel the luxury of eight hours rest without interruption.
My personal advice: don’t listen to those who say we don’t need this. Sleep makes a conspicuous difference and in our heavily distorted age where anxiety and technological distractions could very well be the cause of sleep deprivation, eight hours sleep is a worthwhile, healthy aim.
