Day 185 – The Presumption Problem

  • By Stephen Leslie France
  • April 16, 2020

At its core, presumption in relationship or communication is created out of a learned survival motion. It grants us the illusion of protection, jumping way ahead so the hindsight lesson isn’t required if things do go wrong… Continue Reading →

I wrote this blog over a year ago and decided not to publish it.

It was a little too personal because I’d learned and digested the conflict that occurs within the church of God. Continue Reading →

Our Worst Enemy – SELF

  • By Stephen Leslie France
  • April 14, 2020

There have been many moments in my life of helplessness; moments where all the self-help, self-motivation, self-improvement, self-adulation, self-betterment, self-approval, whatever one wishes to call it, didn’t stand against the tyrannical visitor that chaos can be… Continue Reading →

Day 169 – A good time to read a very deep book

I vividly recall the first time I–of my own accord and choosing–picked up the one piece of literature (the Bible), that many refuse to believe is a history book… Continue Reading →

My purest childhood memory!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PP9YyTpnZg0

About Me!

A strong ambition about life, a wholesome desire for family, a great vow undertaken, and powerful disappointment received.... Submission. No more selfish ambition nor vain conceit. A path I NEVER thought I would take; surrender to and through Jesus; not my will but yours be done. Life has not been the same since...

For those enjoying my writing…

As you can imagine, the excessively saturated self-publishing industry isn’t exactly lucrative.

The books I’m writing are not only supposed to be interesting and entertaining for you, they’ve been put on my heart as a mission to be vulnerable and transparent about the harder, painful and sometimes humiliating lessons of life.

It takes approximately 4 – 6 months of full-time investment to write a novel of which there is no salary.

If you enjoyed The Paradise Induction and are eager to aid me in completing the sequel The Paradise Seduction, please donate below.

Every little helps…

The Paradise Seduction will be an episodic adventure, fictionally retelling the true story of my time living in the Caribbean, following the cliff-hanger of The Paradise Induction.
