Anxiety in a person’s heart weighs it down, but an encouraging word makes it glad.
The other day, a man asked me if I could ‘turn the other cheek’ if I was physically assaulted. I answered truthfully. In history, the “bridging” power of ‘turning the other cheek’ is second to none.
